General COVID-19 Event Information

  • Vaccinations & Health Declarations – We do not require proof of vaccination to attend our event, however if you are feeling unwell with symptoms of COVID-19 prior to or on the event day we kindly request you stay home to keep us all safe. Attending our event is your confirmation that you feel healthy and free from COVID-19
  • Mask wearing– Wearing a mask has shown a reduction in transmission of COVID-19. While they are not mandatory at this event, our team encourage attendees to wear masks – especially in areas where physical distancing is not possible. Single use surgical masks will be available at our event free of charge at the entry gate and/or the Tauondi Information Stall.
  • SA Health QR Codes – This is no longer being used by SA Health for contact tracing purposes and will not be used during our event.
  • Physical Distancing & Good Hygiene Practices – These are effective tools to minimize and reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19. Please keep 1.5m distance between social/family groups where possible and remember to wash your hands or use hand sanitiser, especially before and after eating and engaging with our stallholders/workshop facilitators.
  • Nonticketed event in 2022 – we do not require pre-registered tickets this year but have encouraged large groups and schools to register ahead of time to ensure we have enough food available for our free lunch barbeque.

Parking reminder: Do not park in nearby business carparks or you risk getting towed, please carpool if possible.
There is a free shuttle bus available from 10am-2:30pm with regular pick-ups/drop-offs from UnitingSA office on Dale St, the Aviation Museum, and Tauondi Aboriginal College, we have attached some information about how to contact the bus on the day. There is also an accessible drop-off zone outside the event entrance for attendees with mobility challenges.
