The Safe Space is to support people experiencing emotional distress or suicidal thoughts.  There is a number that  have opened in the North Brisbane and Moreton Bay region.  The Redcliffe Safe Space will open in mid-July.

The Safe Spaces model is peer led and provides an alternative to hospital emergency departments for those who experience emotional distress and suicidal crisis.

If you have a lived experience of emotional distress and are looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others, we are keen to hear from you.

The job ad and application process can be found here.

We welcome the sharing of this opportunity throughout your networks.
