A short-term opportunity has become available for the role of Project Support Officer – Land Acquisition located in the Planning and Design Branch, City Projects Office.
In this role you will be required to provide high quality and timely business and project support services to meet the corporate, divisional and legislative obligations of projects to be delivered by the Land Acquisition team.
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
· Demonstrated organisational and time management skills including the ability to monitor and coordinate concurrent tasks and manage competing priorities to achieve tight deadlines and desired outcomes
· Demonstrated ability to provide a high standard of support within a project environment, which may include the ability to collate high quality reports, and scheduling and coordinating project workshops and meetings
· Well-developed interpersonal skills including written and oral communication, preparation of correspondence and reports, an ability to work in a team environment and an ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information

To be eligible to apply you must meet the following criteria: For salaried roles, applications can be accepted from: permanent employees; temporary employees who have been employed for a minimum of six months; people employed as temporary employees through a Community Jobs Program/Work Placement; casual employees who have had the equivalent of six months full-time employment; and external applicants for internally advertised Band 2 to 4 vacancies from the Indigenous communities and the Disability Community Network (Equity and Diversity Networks). Labour hire (agency contractors) are not eligible to apply for TV6 roles.
