Are you ready to take on a unique and rewarding opportunity at Transport for Brisbane?
Our Administrative Services Officers play an important part in providing all administrative support for the depot management and staff.
We currently have an opportunity to join the Carina depot for up to six months.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
• provide a range of administration services
• initiate and provide timely operating and KPI reports
• research, coordinate and prepare correspondence
• co-ordinate and process the on-boarding of new Bus Operators
• management and reconciliation of Depot’s petty cash
• manage ordering and receipting for all Depot Operations, including direct ordering of uniforms
To be successful you will have:
• high level verbal and written communication skills
• demonstrated experience to deliver high level customer service
• demonstrated experience in processing and reconciliation of petty cash
• demonstrated administrative, organisational and time management skills
• high level skills using computer software packages
Working in Council means delivering excellent customer service to the people of Brisbane.
