Planner Scheduler
Are you looking to work as part of a small team where the primary purpose is to plan Council’s fleet and minor plant maintenance and repairs. Do you have the ability to identify and implement efficiences to the planning, repairs and services within the fleet.

Fleet Solutions currently has a vacancy for a dedicated and experienced Planner Scheduler to work out of our modern Wacol office.
Fleet Solutions keeps Council’s 4200 strong fleet on the road and the rest of our extremely varied assets in working order – a range of cars, trucks, trailers, boats, excavators, road sweepers, forklifts, buggies, mobile lunchrooms, pumps, generators, chainsaws, blowers, whipper snippers, mowers and multiple other items, all of which make up our fleet. The Planner Scheduler will assist with coordinating the planning and scheduling of the reactive and proactive maintenance of Council’s fleet and plant assets.
You will:
- support buisness delivery officers in the planning and scheduling of works
- work in partnership with the senior planner scheduler
- contribute to the continuous improvement of the Fleet Services Workplace Health and Safety Management System.
- maintain reports and implement solutions to optimise efficiencies.
To be successful you will need to have:
- excellent customer service skills
- have the ability to work effectively and contribute in a team environment
- experience in the fleet maintenance industry
- excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to provide advice and coach staff.
