Contract Services Officer B4
Located at Regional Operations Centre, Eagle Farm, this position manages and administers council’s recycling and waste contracts. This includes handling customer service requests and complaints, managing contractor performance, giving technical advice to customers and providing administrative support in terms of reporting, recording statistical data and maintaining administrative systems.
To be successful in this role you will have strong customer service skills and enjoy the of challenge of resolving a wide range of issues within the recycling and waste management space. You will also need to be flexible in how you approach your work as each day can present different challenges and priorities can vary.
In order to be considered for this position, you will need to have:
· experience in administering service contracts
· experience in delivering high standards of customer service in a customer focussed environment
· the ability to work effectively and efficiently in an unsupervised office environment
· well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal
· possession of, or the ability to acquire, a “C” class Drivers Licence.
Working in Council means delivering excellent customer service to the people of Brisbane.
