COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER APS 4/5

This government department is looking for a dynamic Communications Officer to join their great team environment that is working on delivering large portfolio’s. Working with a team and independently you will deliver your work to expected standards and meet deadlines. Operate under the departments values and behaviours and abide by the code of conduct.
Duties would include:
– Comms content production (photography, videography, graphic design)
– Social media (content drafting, monitoring other accounts, comment moderations)
– Team admin (budgets, merchandise)
– Some support with stakeholder engagement (contact list management, event coordination).
Working in this environment, you will be able to negotiate with their flexibility and having a balance of office and 2-3 days work from home arrangements, or full time remote depending on level of capabilities and past experience.
Essential – Australian citizen, able to pass a national history check,
