Product Support Officer – Band 3
Support an operational team to help keep Brisbane safe, green, clean and beautiful.
Brisbane Infrastructure Division (BI) brings together Council’s asset management, infrastructure planning, design, project management, construction, services, maintenance and transport operations activities.
As part of BI, Public Space Operations Branch is a technology driven organisation delivering cutting edge solutions and has a proud tradition of excellence in the care of civil infrastructure and public spaces.
The Product Support Officer will assist in the delivery of scheduled works, provide administrative support and help improve efficiency and effectiveness.
This is a full time temporary role based at UA Central’s main office at the ROC at Eagle Farm.
In this role you will be required:
· to have a safety first focus
· to have a passion to support staff
· to have excellent administrative skills
· to work well in a team and be flexible
· perform adhoc tasks as required
· be aware of branch policy and procedures
· to be proactive and display good time management
· to be proficient in SAP (procurement) and Record Manager
· to have the ability to prioritise tasks and achieve deadlines
· to have good IT skills, particularly with spreadsheets
· understand business compliance and how the work is delivered
