Dear Valued Stakeholder of the Moree Plains,

Join Moree Plains Shire Council for a free online workshop to discuss your priorities and goals for the next ten years. It’s Our Moree Plains: Our Vision to 2032.

About the workshops

Moree Council is reviewing our Community Strategic Plan (CSP). The CSP is the highest-level plan that we prepare and the most important. The purpose of the CSP is to identify community priorities and goals for the future and plans to achieve those goals. It guides all of Council’s programs and activities.

In this free one-hour workshop, you will use your phone or device to interact to tell us what you love about our Shire and what we can do to make things better. You will see your and other participants’ anonymous input in real-time as we discuss the challenges and opportunities for our community over the next ten years with your new Councillors and senior Council staff. We will also look at what services of Council you would like to see prioritised moving forward to help us deliver on what you value most.

Five workshops will be held at varying times between Tuesday 15 and Thursday 17 February 2022. The workshops are suitable for anyone aged 16 and over.

Register through the below link to select the date and time of the workshop that suits you best. The format of each workshop will be the same, so there is no need to attend more than one.

Register for a workshop here: https://www.eventbrite.com.au/e/moree-plains-community-strategic-plan-online-community-workshops-tickets-259964509847

You can also have your say to help develop the CSP by completing the online survey, hosting a kitchen table discussion, visiting one of our pop-up stalls, or completing the feedback form which will appear in household mailboxes soon.
