Program Support Officer
· Do you have excellent administrative skills and experience to assist with project management and reporting tasks?
· Do you have previous experience in dealing with electricity or water accounts?
· Are you passionate about reducing greenhouse gas emissions and energy management?
Council is committed to reducing our carbon footprint with a key focus on the management of energy use and greenhouse gas emissions across various operations of our organisation.
As Program Support Officer you will be the key administrative support person to assist the team to meet business objectives, through the provision of high quality and timely operational, project and administrative support services.
In this role you may undertake tasks required for project-related meetings including appointments, logistics, and record and distribute agendas and minutes. You will also collect and maintain information to support project analysis and development, in relation to electricity and water efficiency and reduction opportunities. It would be highly desirable to have experience in dealing with electricity and water accounts with an understanding of the billing process and associated issues, including retailer issues and metering changes and connection issues.
This is a great opportunity for a team player who wants to contribute and support a team of highly skilled professionals dedicated to maintaining Brisbane City Council’s carbon neutral status.
