A Beginner’s Guide to the Womba Mob

Newsletter cover image

“Womba” is a First Nations term for someone who is crazy or just plain nuts in a bad way…

I am a Womba Mob critic in that I sometimes write about negative stuff, but in my defence, I would rather talk about how First Nations are now sovereign from Western (and Eastern) occupation – how they’re thriving as First People on their lands. Unfortunately, this didn’t happen until the first week of 2022 so my apologies if you find me “negative”.

Womba Mob

If you ever looked at a map of Indigenous Australia, you wouldn’t have seen the “Womba Mob” but they do exist.

The Womba mob is a group of people who lived in every society – black, white, yellow or green (don’t forget about our alien brothers and sisters).

Pre-Western colonisation, First Nations law or lore would punish these individuals depending on the severity of their crimes, kicking them out of their Nations to corporal punishment which makes the extreme left cringe – “Can’t we all just hold hands and live in peace?” asks the naive extreme socialist.

One of the reasons some First Nations communities are in anarchy is because of Western law which allows the Womba Mob to terrorise and push their own agenda, instead of prioritising a culturally safe community for all.

The interest of the individual has always been prioritised over that of the community.

The Womba Mob has become more potent because of this, allowing them to rise up for their own agenda and ego.

I don’t really enjoy calling people out like the Womba Mob, but this is an example for Beginners Guide to the Womba Mob. This article has been published for educational purposes and hope that it will be in the best interest of First Nations communities.

“Richard Jarrett, call him Richie Boy”

“His name is Richard Jarrett, call him Richie Boy. Bumagin Gumbaynggirr is a FRAUD.

He has

NO AUTHORITY

He is NO CHIEF

He is exiled by most and all mobs of his own community from the Nambucca Valley and further mobs of Gumbaynggirr nation. He has NO respect for his own elders, community or anyone that questions his lies and we are now seeing how far his disrespect goes as he disrespects Elders of the Ngunnawal mobs and the TRUE Tent Embassy community.

He preaches sovereignty, yet lives off Centrelink and lives in a department of housing property. He is dangerous and needs to be outed for the FRAUDULENT MANIAC he is.” – Elizabeth Jarrett

It’s a little low to criticise someone who is on welfare, considering the genocide and land theft people of First Nations have faced. But in this case, it shouldn’t be used as an excuse for or to defend Richard’s crimes…

Bow down to your Chief!

The Womba Mob uses their lack of accountability to make up stuff and position themselves as cultural leaders. They pretend that they know everything about the law and history, even though it isn’t true!

When there’s anarchy, crazy people who shout the loudest and stamp their feet can lead a pack of followers. However, just because they have some support doesn’t mean that what these people are suggesting is legitimate.

It’s important to understand that everyone in our community has expertise and knowledge they can contribute to the benefit of First Nations. There was no one person who knew or did everything- there weren’t any set hierarchical corporate leadership structures either…. sorry to say Chief!

I don’t know if the people in the picture are non-Indigenous, but non-Indigenous people have a bad track record of supporting the “Leaders” (Womba Mob) who are terrorising their communities.

I can forgive some First Nations members who get misled by the Womba Mob, but what excuses do non-Indigenous people have when they consider themselves woke or socialists?

“He lost me when he told me he received magic powers off uncle bing ..”

“I had to get an AVO out of him last year because I was scared for my physical safety. He terrorised everyone at camp and abused me regularly. And he is my big brother – our mums are sisters. I was devastated.”

“Richie boy To me has come a Charles Manson beware people.”

A common-sense approach to First Nations rights and issues will help non-Indigenous understand more of what is happening and empower them to better support First People better.
