Women’s Heart Health Day
Wardliparingga and Wonggangga Turtpandi are working together to promote healthy hearts for our women.
We would like to invite you to participate in a healthy heart workshop and a fun afternoon having a cuppa and a yarn.
When: Friday 17th June 2022
Where: Wonggangga Turtpandi – 11 Church Street, Pt Adelaide
– Heart health – priorities
– Social and emotional wellbeing, having supports for stress and grief
– Warning signs info – what to look for
– Importance of women’s groups to support and connect
– Importance of yarning about health concerns and issues, hearing stories of others recovering from heart attack or stroke and what they have changed.
– Transport will be provided if needed.
– Lunch is provided
– Kid friendly space
