Hi all,

Please find a link below to PHN Community Recovery and Reconnection grants

The grants will support activities, initiatives and programs that aim to:

  • Support social and community connections
  • Support social and emotional wellbeing
  • Support resilience building for communities and individuals

There are two grant types available which are:

  1. Community COVID Reconnection Grants – $5,000 for community-based events activities and projects

  1. Community Wellbeing and Resilience Flood Recovery Grants – $5,000 – $50,000 will be available for NGOs and community groups to deliver projects and initiatives that promote mental wellbeing and resilience for the residents of those regions.

These grant rounds will open on 19 May and will close on the 12 June 2022. Please apply via the application links below.
