The City Projects Office (CPO) Community and Stakeholder Engagement team (CaSE) are seeking a dynamic Business Support Officer to join the team for a period of up to three months.
In this role you will provide high quality and timely support to the Community and Stakeholder Engagement Manager and the CaSE leadership team to meet corporate, divisional and business obligations. You will provide high-level administrative support including media clippings, business support to the CaSE leadership team, managing the section’s leadership team’s files, records and corporate registers, plus offering assistance to the broader CaSE team with database entries.
This role also supports CPO’s Senior Internal Communication Officer to develop and produce the Executive Manager’s update and divisional award submissions.
To be eligible to apply you must meet the following criteria: For salaried roles, applications can be accepted from: permanent employees; temporary employees who have been employed for a minimum of six months; people employed as temporary employees through a Community Jobs Program/Work Placement; casual employees who have had the equivalent of six months full-time employment; and external applicants for internally advertised Band 2 to 4 vacancies from the Indigenous communities and the Disability Community Network (Equity and Diversity Networks). Labour hire (agency contractors) are not eligible to apply for TV6 roles.
