Subject: Cert 2 Kitchen Operations

Hi All,

As we all know the Hospitality Industry has been hit hard with the Covid 19 pandemic and with this there is a major skill shortage with businesses even closing up due to staff shortages.

We have a Cert 2 in Kitchen Operations due to kick off in February. This will be delivered online from the Connected Learning Point, enabling students to interact with Teaching Sections across the state.

TAFE NSW have invested in online delivery to help combat the impacts of COVID on delivery sections. If you have any clients who would be interested please encourage them to enrol online or simply drop into the campus.
